When we lift the stones beneath our feet, we see different hands holding each other. No place is pure or true in culture or tradition; we are always entering, leaving, exchanging, and tailoring. When cultures hold hands distance disappears, love and acceptance become components of cement. Like carrier pigeons, we keep flying between places, carrying each other even when our wings are broken.

Homeostasis is the process by which living organisms maintain a stable environment, including but not
limited to body temperature, blood sugar, and blood pressure despite any external changes. When an
external physical, chemical or biological factor disrupts an organism’s homeostasis it results in what is
known as environmental insult.
This refers to exposure that overwhelms normal adaptive mechanisms. Causing an organism's response
in the cellular, systematic, behavioural, and evolutionary fields.
2025 - 2026
Neither in the world, or settled in us. The act of swallowing, being in a no man’s land, an in between place, where we navigate our own borders. Where we must decide where our feet fall.

Care is not just about maintenance. Spanning from parental care to comprehensive societal care for the physical and emotional well-being of community living.
2024 - 2025
Being able to compare means that we have left what we have always known. Leaving our comfort of familiarity is a major part of understanding more than just the little universes that we have created and lived in our entire lives. It is an acceptance of what cultural diversity is exhibited in the world around us.

Everyday we see and experience characters, plots and settings. Stories are the basis of our lives, being able to relate to one another through tales of woe, of worry and wonder. It is this grounding exchange which defines the human experience. This project was partly done in collaboration with members of The Storytellers of Ireland.

Women walking home afraid at night, women just being seen as pedestrians, women being shown without power and women being in situations without much power. The “small annoyances” and struggles that women have in their everyday lives, be it from the way we are depicted in road signs to the way we use our keys at night as weapons. Silent, as we creep home hoping to keep the world unstirred. The keys to be woman have been passed down from generation to generation, and it is time we get a brand new set.

Something utterly intangible yet so present in our everyday lives. The way in which we navigate through our present and potential futures is entirely built up on our memories. How do we remember and why, what is important enough to persist time and help us calculate our future experiences?
